DPD Local 1 Hour Delivery Window

We are all aware that most people do not want to wait in all day for deliveries. That is why the majority of our parcels whether big or small are sent out using DPD Local carriers.
As soon as DPD Local have loaded there vans on day of delivery they will send a text message (providing a mobile number is given) with an estimated hour time slot for your delivery and all your consignment number details. If the time given is not convenient for you all you have to do is reply to the text message to select a different day.
If a mobile number is not provided an email with the same details will be sent out.

Orders with a total weight of lower than 2kg may be sent using Royal Mail Tracked shipping instead of DPD Local shipping.

Please Note: All deliveries must be signed for. Our carriers will not leave a parcel without a signature.

Occasionally severe weather can disrupt deliveries. If you're concerned that this may be the case in your area, use the link below for DPD's updated list on the areas currently affected by bad weather. If you can't see your area on the list just pop in your postcode to find out if your delivery has been affected.
