Yes, we have the options of using Klarna and PayPal Pay In 3. Now you can buy your favourite tools and you’re in control of how you want to pay every time you shop.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not sell gift vouchers / cards however, our team is currently working on the best ways to implement this.
When will my order be despatched?
Our aim is to despatch your order within 1-2 working days. If you require an alternative delivery time then please call our office during opening hours to speak with a member of our friendly team.
What are your estimated delivery times?
We aim to deliver orders to GB mainland within 1-2 working days. Orders outside of GB mainland have an estimated delivery time of 3-4 working days. Please note, these timeframes are dependant on our chosen courier. For further information please CLICK HERE.
Can I cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel your order but only before the items have been despatched. Once the items have been despatched, the order will be treated as a return.
How much is your delivery charge?
We currently offer free delivery on all overs placed over £100 to GB mainland only. There is a £6.95 delivery charge on all orders placed under £100 to GB mainland only. Please note, areas deemed less accessible by the carrier may have additional charges such as; Northern Ireland, rural Scotland and any offshore UK islands. For further information please CLICK HERE.
Can I change my delivery address once I have placed my order?
Due to security checks that are completed during the checkout process unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to change any details including the delivery address.
Where do you ship to?

How do I track my order?
Depending on the contact details you have provided, you will receive your tracking details through text and/or email. You will receive a tracking number along with a link to the carrier's website.
What do I do if my order arrives incomplete?
If your order arrived incomplete, this may mean your order has been split by the courier and therefore, arriving on separate deliveries. You will receive a notification by text/email from the courier in regards to all deliveries. If you do not receive all deliveries within 5 working days please do not hesitate and contact us.
How do I return my unwanted item?

Does my power tool or garden tool come with a warranty?
Most power tool manufacturers offer a standard warranty on power and garden tools that can be extended with the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Where should I store my batteries?
- It is highly recommended you remove your battery from the power tool after use and do not place items on top of the battery or batteries.
- We recommend you always store your batteries right side up and in a place that does not have direct sunlight or an area that will exceed temperatures of 50°C (122F) or temperatures below 10°C (50F).
- We recommend that you recharge your battery after bringing it out from storage.
Where can I get spare parts from?

How do I know the runtime of my battery?
Each power and garden tool runtime will differ in line with which amp hour battery used. Please see 'Runtimes' section under most products to determine the runtime of each tool.
What is the difference between Ah (amp hour) and V (voltage) of a battery?
Amp hours (Ah) measure the amount of charge in a battery and how long it can provide power. Battery voltage (V) is the amount of electrical potential a battery holds.
Will my battery fit another tool in the brands catalogue?
Most manufacturer batteries will fit all the tools within its particular range. For example, RYOBI's ONE+ 18v battery will fit all power and garden tools within the 18v ONE+ RYOBI range. For further assistance please do not hesitate and contact us.
How long is RYOBI extendable pole in their hedge trimmer (OPT1845) and pruner (OPP1820)?
These two products come with a removeable metre long extension shaft for full length of 2.7m (OPP1820) and 2.9m (OPT1845) for extended reach tasks.
What is the length of cable in the RYOBI electric range?
Most of RYOBI's electric range come with a standard 8 metre long UK 3-pin plugged cable. Please note, this might differ between tools.
